FAQs

You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, if no date selected you order will be despatched as per the below lead times.

  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Wednesday at the earliest.  This is to allow time for these orders to be processed on the Monday.
  • Rigid kitchen orders are despatched in 10 working days.
  • Flatpacked kitchen orders are despatched in 2 working days.
  • True handleless rigid kitchen orders are despatched in 15 working days.
  • Worktops are despatched in 7 working days.

  • Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check the goods. Any alleged defect, shortage, fault, or error must be reported within 5 working days, and before the products are used or fitted.
  • In the unlikely event of any goods which show sign of Transit Damage, please sign for the delivery as “Damaged” and report to customer services at customerservices@kitchenkit.co.uk within 5 working days.

If you wish to return any goods to us, you must email customer services at customerservices@kitchenkit.co.uk

If your return is approved, we will send you a returns note. Please be advised that the cost of returning any product will be your responsibility. Only goods which have been approved for return can be returned to us - goods which are returned without pre-approval will not be credited and may be disposed of.

Cancellation of a rigid made to order kitchen already in production is not permitted. However, amendments to made to order rigid kitchens can be made if production has not commenced. Any amendments to a made to order rigid kitchen will be subject to an administration fee, 25% of the order value (minimum charge £25)
