Rigid Kitchen orders despatched in 10 days and will be delivered by TDL.
Flatpacked Kitchen orders despatched in 2 working days and will be delivered by DX Freight.

Please note that on a standard delivery we would deliver to kerbside only. We offer a 2 man deliver option on all Rigid kitchens - this comes at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.
Flatpacked
If you wish to return any goods to us you must email customerservices@kitchenkit.co.uk.
If return is approved we will send you a returns note, please be advised that the cost of returning any product will be your responsibility. Only goods which have been approved for return may be returned to us, goods which are returned without pre-approval will not be credited, and may be disposed of.
Cancellation of a rigid made to order kitchen already in production is not permitted. However, amendments to made to order rigid kitchens can be made if production has not commenced. Any amendments to a made to order rigid kitchen will be subject to an administration fee 25% of the order value (minimum charge £25).

We deliver anywhere in the UK/ROI. We can deliver to your business address, direct to a site address, and we also offer delivery direct to your customers home address.
We will endeavour to deliver your order on time and in full – in the event of any shortage we will contact you to advise. You MUST check your order as soon as possible and report any shortages/discrepancies within 5 working days.
Amendments to delivery address can be made only if the order has not already been despatched.
Worktops are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer, where possible we will try and ensure that worktops are delivered on the same day as your kitchen, but there may be instances where delivery is made on a different day.
There will be two forms of payment available:
In some circumstances your delivery may be split. This can happen when the order includes long items such as profiles, plinths, larder end panels etc. If you are continuing to experience split deliveries please contact customerservices@kitchenkit.co.uk
