We Can't Be Beaten on Price
Below are the Terms and Conditions for our We Can't Be Beaten on Price guarantee, which commenced in June 2023.
- We will beat all equivalent competitor quotes by £1.00 for kitchen furniture of comparable specification, quality, style and composition. We will only accept competitor quotes from Howdens, Wickes, Selco, B&Q and Homebase.
- Excludes quotes from Kitchen Kit resellers including marketplaces.
- This offer is for trade customers only who have a trade account on our e-commerce site.
- Offer applies to UK and NI only.
- Applies to any kitchen order (min 8 items) for any of the ranges within Kitchen Kit.
- Applies to any rigid or flat-packed kitchen order.
- Excludes on-line only competitors.
- Excludes delivery and installation charges.
- Excludes discontinued, clearance and ex-display stock.
- Competitor quotes must include comparable product warranty.
- A copy of the competitor quote must be provided at the time of claiming the offer.
- Offer only applies to the first quote issued by a competitor.
- Competitor quotes must be dated up to 30 days prior to the issue of our quote. All quotes must be issued in writing on competitors’ headed paper or from its official email address. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of a competitor quote.
- All Kitchen Kit quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The offer does not apply to pricing errors or misprints in competitor quotes.
- The offer only applies to new purchases from the 1st June 2023 and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
- We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue this offer at any time.
- Any approved price difference will be issued in the form of an e-voucher which can be used against any Kitchen Kit furniture order up to and including 90 days from the date of issue. This e-voucher is not-transferrable. Alternatively, a credit note can be issued.
