All drawings and plans are completed on ArtiCAD and are for illustrative purposes only, all measurements must be checked by your installer before ordering for accuracy.
Whilst we will do our best to interpret diagrams and drawings that details sizes and specifications of your design and quote, we are unable to guarantee that this is a correct and accurate interpretation of your exact requirements. It is essential that all dimensions are checked and verified on site by your installer. We cannot be held liable if these prove to be incorrect.
We will produce a quote which is valid for 30 days from date of issue. This quote is the basis of your order and subsequently what we manufacture. You as the customer are required to check this for accuracy before ordering.
All measurements are in millimetres. Where these have been converted from other forms of measurement, for example imperial measurements or measurements expressed in metres and centimetres, it is up to you the Customer to ensure that these are correct, even if provided by us.
Colour accuracy of the products viewed on your design cannot be guaranteed due to vagaries of the image reproduction process. Any images should be treated as approximations only. Samples are available for purchase.
You are responsible to ensure any goods not supplied by us are suitable for use with our design.
We will do our best to complete designs for customers within a 72hr timeframe subject to capacity. Any subsequent changes, re-designs, changes in product specification are likely to take longer.
Fillers need to be cut down and scribed to fit against uneven walls/surfaces.
Our planning service does not include lighting, decorative fittings, wall paint colours or flooring.
We must be notified of any errors or changes required before placing your order. If the order contains made to measure items no changes can be made after order placement nor can it be cancelled.
Standardised components have been used and may differ to cabinet sizes requested.
